We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Arian Leather. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.


📦 Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags and labels must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Final sale or clearance items


📬 How to Request a Return

Please contact us at support@arianleather.co within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

📦 You are responsible for return shipping costs.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
Please contact us to arrange an exchange.


❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. If it still hasn't arrived after 10 business days, contact us at support@arianleather.co


🌍 Return Address

Returns must be sent to our fulfillment facility in Portugal. The full return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
