Payment methods
Updated 4 October 2026Pay with any method shown at checkout, in euro, with no surcharge. We take payment when you place the order, including for made-to-order pieces; if we cancel before production starts you are refunded in full.

Security
Card details are entered on a page secured by Shopify Payments, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. We never see or store your full card number. Payments are protected by strong customer authentication under PSD2.
Invoices and VAT
You receive an invoice by email when the order ships. Prices include the VAT of the delivery country; we are registered for the EU One Stop Shop. Businesses with an EU VAT number can ask for an invoice in the company name before the order ships.
Fraud checks
Our payment providers screen orders automatically. If an order is held we contact you before cancelling it, and you can ask for a person to review the decision.
