Every parcel is tracked from dispatch. You get the tracking link by email and, if you choose, by SMS.

01 Order confirmed Confirmation by email within minutes, in French.
02 Dispatched Stocked sizes are on their way within one working day and arrive in 5 to 7. Custom pieces ship when you have approved the spec.
03 On its way UPS for stocked items, DHL or FedEx for custom pieces, to your door or to a relay point of your choice.

Do I pay customs on a jacket from Portugal?

No. Portugal and France are both in the EU, so there are no duties and VAT is already in the price.

Which payment methods work in France?

Cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, all in euro with no surcharge.

Can the parcel go to a relay point?

Yes. Choose a UPS Access Point at checkout or redirect the parcel with the tracking link.

How do returns work from France?

Start the return from your account within 14 days; we email a prepaid label. Refund within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.

Is the packaging registered in France?

Yes. We are members of CITEO for packaging and Refashion for textiles; the Triman and Info-tri marks are on the mailer and the label.

Made to measure · FranceA custom leather jacket, made for France.Choose the cut, the leather, the colour, hardware, lining and embroidery in the builder and give us nine measurements. The jacket is cut for you in our atelier and delivered to France duty paid, three to four weeks after you approve the spec, from €249,99. Custom pieces are made to your measurements and cannot be returned; faults are always covered by the legal guarantee.
