Four steps from idea to hanger.

01 Design it Build your jacket in the configurator. The preview updates with every choice and the price with it.
02 We confirm Within three working days you get a spec sheet. Embroidery comes with a stitch preview within five.
03 We make it Your hide is cut, stitched and finished in the atelier. Photos before it ships, on request.
04 It arrives Delivered duty paid by DHL or FedEx, nothing to pay on arrival. Custom pieces are final sale except for faults, so we check twice.

Send a logo, a crest, lettering or a drawing. Our digitiser turns it into a stitch file and sends you a preview to approve before a needle touches the hide.

Questions, answered.

How long does a custom jacket take?

It is at your door three to four weeks after you approve the spec sheet, delivery and duties included. Embroidered pieces add the time it takes you to approve the stitch preview.

Can I send my own artwork?

Yes. Upload a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) or a PNG at least 2,000 px wide in the builder, or email it with your order number. Our digitiser turns it into a stitch file and sends you a preview before anything is sewn. No artwork? Describe the idea and we draw it, at no charge.

What measurements do you need for a custom size?

Nine: chest, waist, hip, shoulder width, sleeve length, back length, upper arm, wrist and neck, all in centimetres over a T-shirt. The size guide shows how to take each one, and your height and weight help us check the numbers.

Can I return a custom jacket?

No. A piece made to your specification is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal, which you confirm in the builder before ordering. Faults are a different matter: the legal guarantee applies in full, and we repair, replace or refund.
